MEET BONNIE MCDERMID
I’ve had my own business for 25 years serving Entrepreneurs and individual contributors in corporate settings with their marketing communication strategy, creation, and implementation.
This includes organizing and buffing-and-polishing marketing content so it (and the presenter) shines; whether it’s through books, emails, snail mail, etc.
Over the last five years, I found myself busy, busy, busy taking care of my clients and not marketing myself to new prospects.
The Confident Expert Program provides a step-by-step structure to actually spend time putting my own marketing together. The curriculum is rich, very well organized, and delivered in a practical way. I’ve also benefited from meeting and collaborating with so many other students. There are opportunities to interact with members multiple times a month and what we learn from each other is remarkable. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone is helpful with their input and where I can contribute to others in a meaningful way.
I’ve learned so much that has directly improved my business and the marketing work I do for my clients. Recently, I’ve been working with the pipeline and content brainstorming templates and have found them to be very helpful when generating and organizing ideas. I’ve found that my clients can better grasp the waterfall of ideas when it’s organized in a mind map. They appreciate understanding how their campaigns have been designed to reach their target markets with multiple relevant messages.
I’m excited about my upcoming certification in the Content Personality™ Wheel and, I’m looking forward to an expanded business (and profits) in 2018.
