Meet Ally Berthiaume
When I joined The Confident Expert™ Program, I needed help pivoting my business exclusively towards book coaching and ghostwriting with confidence. I needed clarity around my messaging and a winning top-down strategy that would allow me to look at my business from every angle like a true CEO.
For the first time since going into business for myself, I better understand how financial goals, marketing plans, messaging strategies, the customer journey, and service offerings all work together as a finely oiled machine. Before these things lived in silos, only loosely connected. I felt like I was throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what stuck.
Now I recognize the thing that was missing was someone to tie all of these pieces together, showing me how they work, and then supporting me as I’ve integrated and applied this understanding to my business. Beyond this, and perhaps most importantly, I’ve begun to grasp how to look at my business through a lens of joy. I’m actively working on creating a business centered around my lifestyle values, rather than creating a life centered around my business.
As a result of working with Shannon & Amy in this program, I’ve raised my rates and learned how to stand more confidently at those prices. I’ve leaned more into my Content Personality® type for marketing, and I’ve developed stronger and more effective messaging. I’ve identified my mission, vision, and purpose with specificity. I now see how the various departments in my business, sales, marketing, client fulfillment, etc. work together. I’ve expanded my way of thinking and being inside my business and feel more powerful as the CEO, leader, and visionary of my business.
