Meet Tanya Easterling

Hello, I am Tanya Easterling, also known as the Revenue P.I. I work with women that own or are professionals in medical practices, finding revenue that they didn’t know that they have, and getting them back to being  confident about their business and confident about their payroll, and just that whole center of “I’m overwhelmed.” We get them unstuck. With the Confident Expert Program, I’ve really been able to figure out who my demographic is, I’ve been able to figure out the messaging — messaging was really hard for me. So getting clear on my messaging, and the cohesiveness behind it is where I think the Confident Expert program has helped me a lot, just going through the modules and being able to say, little pieces in small increments to build a bigger piece of my brand, has been really great.

For me, both of the breakthroughs center around one word, clarity. Joy Money Retreat makes you do a lot of inner reflection and it really comes down to “what is it that I want in my business and who am I and what are the results that I want to give?” I kind of felt like I was pushing to do this one thing in my business, and it just it wasn’t fitting. It wasn’t working. It was like I was trying to put a square peg in a round hole. Shannon just stands up one day and was like, “You are gonna do it like this.” And I’m like, that feels joyful! That messaging feels great. So it really was the shift that I needed. So the clarity piece actually turned my whole business model around by going through the Joy Money Retreat by doing the exercises that we have to do. And I won’t tell you what it is you’ve just got to come to the Joy Money Retreat. These exercises help you get super clear on who you are, what you want, how you want it done. And it’s beautiful.

I’ve had coaching before, I’ve had mentorships. It’s always one of those, throw money at it and see what you get. So I sat on the fence for a long time, because I’m like, I’m just not going to invest in yet another program. Shannon wasn’t pushy. She was just like, “Hey, I have this coming up,” every so often, she would just say, “Hey – you know, here’s this thing.” I remember, she sent me Revenue Roadmap, and was like, “sit through the sales training this clinic, see if you like it, if not, at least you get some ideas behind it.” And I sat through it and felt like, this is my tribe. This is my group of women. And it was really the friendships,  everybody makes you feel welcome. They pour into you so much and it’s building that over time. Even if you don’t talk every day, it’s like those friendships that are 20 years old, and you pick up the phone and like, wow, where have you been all my life? So I think if anything, the Confident Expert brings to the table it’s truly not a mentorship but a friendship.
